We consult for short term and long term projects, anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks. Your need could be as simple as our observing one class and giving feedback, or as comprehensive as our designing a therapeutic exercise program for a large population. Or it could be something in between, such as upgrading your current programs and helping to revitalize your facility.
Examples of short term consultations might be how to enhance retention in your program, ways to recruit new participants, and evaluation of equipment needs for your proposed programs.
We also consult on larger projects to develop comprehensive and motivating mobility wellness programs for senior cohousing communities, neighborhood groups, community recreation facilities, village networks, and senior residences. Our consultation services include physical fitness assessments, program design, teacher training, recruitment and retention strategies, site evaluation and equipment recommendations.
